Players: Leader, 3-4 Kids in messy uniforms, missing hats, inside out, not tucked in, and so on, and One Kid in perfect, full uniform 

Leader: Troop! (Does the sign.) Line up for inspection.

Kid in perfect uniform is at end of line. Leader checks each one meticulously, says "Hmm," at each one, writes down something. Gets to last kid. 

Leader: <NAME>! You're in perfect uniform! How many times will it take for you to get it right! You make the others look bad!
